Current Rates Per Night Are:

Off Season (October 16th thru May 10th)
$350.00/night flat rate for up to the maximum occupancy of eight persons.

Peak Season (May 11th thru October 15th)
$550.00/night flat rate for up to the maximum occupancy of eight persons.

Holiday rates are $550.00/night for up to the maximum occupancy of eight persons.
Minimum stay of two nights required, holiday periods may require up to four nights.
Add 11% Mariposa County tax to prices.
There is no cleaning fee.
Strictly enforced no smoking and no pets policy.
Security Deposit is required ($300.00).
